my parents bed and breakfast
As some of you already know, I am from New Ulm, MN. Something I have not blogged about yet, is that my parents own a Bed and Breakfast in New Ulm, called the Deutsche Strasse Bed and Breakfast. It is German for "German Street", because that is the street they live on.
They have owned it for almost 10 years now, and have had a great time with their guests and updating the house to its extremely beautiful appearance. The house is a huge Victorian built in the late 1880's with hard wood floors throughout.
They have five rooms, each with a private bath, and two with whirlpool tubs! The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are nicely decorated.
My mom cooks all the breakfasts, and is an excellent chef. Bring your appetite when staying there, as breakfast is a four course meal.

If you are in the Southern Minnesota area, and need a place to stay, I would encourage you to stay at the Deutsche Strasse B&B!
and I have stayed more times than we can count!! It's always been a wonderful
experience, with a lot of laughs! Your mother is an A plus cook, and I always leave
feeling full and happy!!
